Refund policy
Aquatic Plant Management strives to provide the best possible service and shopping experience possible.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order from APM, we want to do everything we can do to turn that frown upside down. This includes returning the product to us if necessary.
APM wants you to be happy! If you have any questions at all please give us a call at (715)-438-3269 and we would love to see if we can help getting your product working for you.
We accept returns of new, unused merchandise packaged in the original manufacturer's box within 30 days of purchase. All parts, accessories, resources, etc. must be included in the package - the package and product should look exactly the way it did when you received it. This includes any extra boxes that the package may have been shipped in.
Shipping is non-refundable - this includes the original freight costs. If you received free shipping to receive the product you will be charged for the shipping costs we incurred. Return shipping costs are also your responsibility.
All returned products are subject to inspection prior to any credit given. All products other than pumps returned as new, but have been in service will be considered used and “Used Products” terms and restocking fees will apply. Restocking fee determinations are at the sole discretion of Aquatic Plant Management
In the event that we receive a returned product that is used in any way or has been rendered unsaleable as a new and unused unit, APM reserves the right to charge a commensurate restocking fee proportional to the salability of the unit.
How to request and process a return
If you do wind up needing to make a return to APM, please read the details below first:
- Repack the product exactly as you received it, ensuring you include all paperwork and accessories.
- Head to our Return Center to start your returns process. Do not follow any other steps until your return is approved.
- Once your return is approved, return the product via the carrier of your choice. Freight is the responsibility of the customers.
- Please return your purchased product as soon as you receive your RMA. Return approval will expire after 10 business days.
- Once your return has been inspected, we will credit the original payment method minus any shipping and restocking fees.

Order Cancellations
Any order cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $100 administration fee whether the order has shipped or not.
If the order has shipped, at that point the buyer is responsible for shipping back the product and it is considered a return subject to the policy above.
